≫Mamosan has made such a HUGE impact in my life, dating back since 2006 when we first started working together at Shogun Kitchen in Corona. Started of as co-workers, always was intimidated by his rugged appearance...but under his yanki appearance you'll find the most entertaining drunk/boss/friend. Funny how we got closer after I dated his ex-girlfriend's little sister. After chillin' with him at and outside of work, I got networked into his Japanese community quickly.

He was my teacher when it came to step up to the sushi bar. I get all my GOOD habits from him, all his standards are mine. What can I say? I learn from the best!

Thanks for always having a job for me. Especially when times are fucking hard, I know I can always depend on you. I know you went through some shit to get me at Chino, and I really appreciate that! I'm gonna miss our talks about bitches, money, being drunk, bitches, what to do to bitches, what to do with em, shit talking about co-workers...haha good times! I'll always uphold your presence and standards even though you're gone. Oh and thanks for leaving me with the Mexicans....AGAIN!
