I'm seeing a bit of what I lacked in art class but quickly finding solutions. I don't wanna waste good paper for scrap so I used some vellum. The watercolour absorbs a lot better and is more malleable on the D'arches, more forgiving than the vellum
Anyways, got a few splashes of color here and there, haven't finished a complete black outline yet but all is progressing quite pleasantly
On a heavier note, my school started this Monday which happens to be my birthday...eh, sucked. Been celebrating my birthday since Saturday night, had endless hangovers and rollover drunkeness including my first MANDATORY day of school. Class started at 8, slept at 330 from drinking...woke up AT 8 STILL drunk as fuck, swerved my ass all the way to school, showed up 30 minutes late, made it before I got dropped and left the class 3 times to yack...yup it has been one hell of a bang coming out of my 24th year
