Just A Girl & Her Truck
The other part of our afternoon at Raggedy Threads was spent eating ramen, cruising around DTLA and getting acquainted with Jamie Wong and Loretta, her truck. Outside of running her store, Jamie is cruising around in her most recent project, Loretta. I'm a big fan of shiny white walls alone, but contrasted with matte black paint sets this combo off for me. With just a few tasteful interior customizations in the car, Loretta starts to reveal her owner's personlity and taste. One of my personal favorite customization by Jamie, from the interior, was the denim-wrapped steering wheel with different fade gradients. Tagging along for shotgun, Edwin joined the gang as we went around photographing around the arts district. Here's the impromptu portrait session of Jamie and Loretta.
