≫第二章_大阪
≫Second part of my trip was in Osaka, Kansai area of Japan. Had a lot of expectations, I figured my whole diet would have been all takoyaki and okonomiyaki but that I would have grown tired of them, even only for a couple of days. Osaka is known for both of those foods, and supposedly reigns over any other city in Japan. Ehhh, I'd beg to differ...overrated! Don't get me wrong, the dishes were off the chain, but just like clubs in LA, you can find shinier gems elsewhere.
We didn't reserve a hotel nor had a place to stay, but we managed to find a legit hotel in the heart of the shopping area of America-Mura. If Chichan wasn't with me, I would have been sleeping in internet cafes. The rest of my trip in Japan was a mission because my dumb ass over-packed and had to carry a huge 70-pounder luggage, my camera bag with all my lenses, and shopping bags full of random clothes. Never doing that ever again...
Got to meet an old friend, Kosuke, who's originally from Osaka. Went to izakaya with him and hit up a karaoke bar after, caught up for a few hours and drank it up for our last night in Osaka. Good times, looking forward for my second trip out there
