≫UCR has never let me down when it comes to providing the freshest live performances. Don't sleep on this school's set list, ya'll better know that the IE's got madd flavor when it comes to music. Whether it be Bay Area, East Coast, Midwest Swang...all genres and regions be sure to be gettin' love from the IE.
Coming buzzed as hell from running errands with Boss Chubby, we meet up with CY and Swivels at the Barn @ UCR. Thinking we would have problems getting in, we devised a master plan name dropping and using my huge camera posing as press and what not...all corners covered trying to avoid jumping a brick wall. Walked up to the back door and just like KY jelly on Valentine's day we slipped right in no hassle.
First time at the Barn. Shit was cool, they were serving up beer, best be buzzed or loaded before getting in to avoid steep beer prices.
The security guards on each side of the stage hassled me a bit for being on stage but shit, they kept telling me one song...just ran up in there when shit gets hype so fuck it, I got my shots in. Could have done better if dudes weren't so whack and let me play my press card. Ehhh can't expect that to work all the time...overall, shit was live as fuck. Can't go wrong with the Hieroglyphics Crew
