
Behind The Scenes
With the volume of pictures I took for the 4 days I worked Fashion Week, I'm JUST barely starting to catch up. After sifting through literally thousands of runway pictures, I had time to actually edit. Most of the time I was just organizing and deleting pictures to slim down and save space on my poor laptop. Fashion Week went by in a blur but every morning when I woke up to reset for the next show, I was bombarded with over a thousand pics a day which I knew was gonna take some time to get through.
Day 1, didn't know what to expect so I arrived as early as possible before the rest of the media started to fill up the risers and reserve a a good spot in front of the runway. It can get ugly when show time rolls around, media can get pushy but majority of us are pretty mature about making space for others. Before the showcases started, I wanted to get some behind the scenes shots of everyone getting ready and some snaps of the vendors.
Runway can get repetitive and BTS shots are my element so I took full advantage of my access which I'd like to share with you. This is what it looks like behind the curtain.
